Charlie's Bio
Charlie Merrill, MSPT is a 20 year PT in Boulder, CO. His clients include some of the best runners in the world across all distances from track to ultra athletes. Charlie blends modern biomechanics with the best neuroscience and brain research to improve movement and cure pain. His unique views on running and on pain and injury have been featured in Runners World and Triathlete Magazine, in published books, as well as on multiple podcasts over the course of his career. He’s been a runner and multisport endurance athlete for over 30 years and has run a 5 minute road mile while also racing big mountain events like the Pikes Peak Marathon, Imogene Pass Run, and The Breckenridge Crest Mountain Marathon.
